AI is changing how people discover brands, evaluate their options, and make buying decisions. For marketing teams, that raises questions that traditional SEO and content strategies weren’t designed to answer.

I’m Cassie Clark, an AI search visibility consultant, marketing strategist, original researcher, and host of the Found in AI podcast. I help audiences understand what’s actually happening in AI search, what the research tells us, and how businesses can respond.

Whether you’re planning a marketing conference, industry panel, webinar, or private company event, I bring practical insights grounded in original research and real-world experimentation.

Speaking Topics

AI search is evolving quickly, and the questions marketing teams are asking today aren’t necessarily the ones they’ll be asking six months from now.

These topics can be adapted to your audience, event format, and the challenges your attendees are navigating.

The New Rules of AI Search Visibility

What happens when being found isn’t the same as being chosen?

AI-generated answers are changing how brands enter the consideration process. But appearing in an AI response, earning a citation, and being recommended aren’t necessarily the same thing.

This session explores how AI search visibility works, why traditional search metrics don’t tell the whole story, and what marketing teams should be measuring as discovery changes.

The Personalization Gap: Why AI Doesn’t Recommend the Same Brands to Everyone

Your customers may be getting very different answers to the same question.

Drawing on original research conducted with friction AI across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, this session examines how user context influences brand recommendations and what that means for AI visibility measurement.

Attendees will learn why a single prompt or screenshot can’t establish a brand’s visibility and how to approach AI search measurement with greater rigor.

Beyond SEO: Building a Brand AI Can Understand

AI search visibility isn’t just a content optimization problem.

AI systems draw on information from across the web to interpret brands, products, expertise, and relevance. When that information is inconsistent or incomplete, even a strong traditional SEO presence may not translate into accurate AI representation.

This session explores the relationship between brand positioning, entity authority, third-party signals, and AI discovery, including why marketing teams need to think beyond their own websites.

From AI Visibility to Agent Readiness

What happens when AI stops recommending and starts doing?

AI-powered discovery is moving beyond answering questions toward helping people compare options, make decisions, and complete tasks.

This session examines what that shift could mean for marketing teams, how the buyer journey is changing, and why businesses need to think about more than whether their brand appears in an AI-generated answer.

Meet Cassie Clark

Cassie Clark is an AI search visibility consultant and marketing strategist whose work focuses on how AI systems discover, interpret, and recommend brands.

She is the creator of the FSA Framework (Freshness, Structure, Authority), a research-driven approach to understanding AI search visibility, and the host of Found in AI, a podcast featuring conversations with researchers, marketers, and industry experts about the changing search landscape.

Her work combines original research with hands-on experimentation. In collaboration with friction AI, she co-authored The Personalization Gap, a study examining 8,609 AI response collections across four major AI platforms to understand how personalization influences brand recommendations.

Cassie brings that same investigative approach to her presentations, helping audiences distinguish emerging evidence from industry assumptions and identify what matters for their own businesses.
